Troubleshooting
After registering your account with us, we will send a validation email to the email address that you provided. You should normally receive the email in a matter of minutes. If you never received the validation email, please try the following steps.
  1. Check your junk mail or spam folder. Sometimes other mail systems throw our emails into these folders. If this happens, click the "Not Junk" button (or something similar) so that our emails make it to your inbox from now on.
  2. Click on the "Important Message" link under My Home to validate that we sent the email to the correct address. If it's the wrong email, correct it and click the "Send Validation Email" button to have us send you another email.
  3. If you are still having problems, please use the Contact Us form to let us know. On the rare occasion we have seen some email providers outright block our emails completely, before they even get to your junk folder. If this is the case, we will have to contact your email provider to correct the problem.
There are only 2 reasons why you may not be able to sign in:

  1. You've typed in the wrong email address or haven't yet registered with that email address.
  2. You've typed in the wrong password. If this is the case, you should be taken to the "Forgot Password" screen after a failed login where you can either try again, or enter your email address so that we can send you your password.
For security reasons we do not permanently delete any account. This security measure was put in place to protect the users of this site. Rest assured that our privacy policies are very strict and we keep all information extremely private.

Please use the Contact Us form to request that we deactivate your account.

Once we deactivate your account, your profile will no longer appear on the site. You will still be able to log into the site, but your profile will NOT appear. If you decide activate your account once again, simply edit your profile and save the changes. This will cause your profile to be reappear on the site.

In the near future we will be providing the ability to deactivate your account on your own.
